Actress Toni Tones is currently in Toronto attending the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival, where the movie she featured in premiered on Saturday.
For the second showing of the film, The Royal Hibiscus Hotel, the fashionista looked royal in blue as she wore a dress by Nigerian fashion designer Bibi Lawrence.
With the edgy cut outs, Toni opted for dark lips and shimmery eyes, which we love it!
