And with the help of fashion weeks featuring fairs, pop-ups, lounges, masterclasses and main collections on the runway, designers are able to network with new clients, members of the media, buyers for department stores and major boutiques around the world.
In the new video on her channel, Sharon Ojong shares the major fashion weeks in Africa celebrating the diversity of the different cultures and subcultures in the African continent, promoting and displaying raw design talents, new textile design techniques on a global scale.
